A Colorado mom made costumes for her 5-year-old twins that are out of this world.

Corrine Kurtz of Commerce City, Colo., made C-3P0 and an R2-D2 costumes for her twins and posted a video of the pair showing the costumes off on social media.

The video, which was posted Thursday, already has over 5,000 likes on Facebook.

She said she used her old iPhone and loaded sound effects from C-3PO and R2-D2 onto it. Then, she and her husband connected the old iPhone to her husband's FitBit, where he controls all of the sounds. Kurtz said there are 15 sound effects loaded onto the iPhone.

"It took me three weeks to make them," Kurtz said. "Working on them several hours a day, and into the wee hours of the night."

Kurtz makes her twins' costumes every year.

"They request them, and I bring them to life," Kurtz said.

These aren't her first impressive costumes for her twins, either.
