LOS ANGELES — A woman injured in a fatal crash involving Caitlyn Jenner has settled her lawsuit against the reality TV star-turned-transgender icon.

Los Angeles court records filed this month by Jenner's lawyer show that Jessica Steindorff settled her case.

The court papers do not indicate terms of the settlement. Attorneys for both sides did not immediately return calls and messages seeking comment.

Steindorff had sought unspecified damages against the 66-year-old Jenner for the Feb. 7 multi-car collision on Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu. One woman, Kim Howe, 69, was killed and several other people were injured in the crash.

New suit filed against Jenner in fatal car crash

Sheriff's investigators determined Jenner was traveling at an unsafe speed for traffic conditions. Prosecutors declined to file a vehicular manslaughter charge against Jenner, who won a 1976 Olympic gold medal in decathlon as Bruce Jenner before recently transitioning this year to a woman.

The accident occurred before Jenner announced her transition to her new identity as Caitlyn.

Jenner still faces separate lawsuits from Howe's stepchildren and from the family in another car who suffered serious injuries.
