CLEVELAND -- Interstate 77 was closed in both directions at Interstate 90 due to a pair of flipped trucks, resulting in major traffic delays.
Cleveland police say a semi truck flipped and slipped coal into the roadway. Another truck is at the scene cleaning up the spill, which could take two hours, according to police.
As of 2:35 p.m., all lanes have been re-opened, according to ODOT. However, the 14th St. on-ramp remains closed as clean up continues.
