Authorities in Maple Heights and Cuyahoga County are asking for the public's help finding a 66-year-old woman who walked away from a nursing home Saturday afternoon and did not return.

Patty S. Mosley left the Broadway Care Center on Broadway Ave. around 2:11 p.m. She was last seen wearing a gray sweater, blue jeans, and black and gray hospital slippers.

Mosley is described as a 5-foot-5, 135-pound African American woman with black and gray "frizzy" hair in either a pony tail or a bun. Officials say she has been diagnosed with early-onset dimentia.

Anyone with information on Mosley's whereabouts is asked to call either 911 or the Maple Heights Police Department at (216) 662-1234.
