Akron police are asking for the public's help finding an 18-year-old girl who has not been seen for more than a week.
According to detectives, Samantha Ann Marie Guthrie left her mother's house in May of 2018 shortly after turning 18 and has not been seen since the early hours of Nov. 4 on the 300 block of Lillian St. Officials believe she is currently missing under "suspicious circumstances."
Samantha is described as being 5-foot-5 and weighing 155 pounds with blonde/strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes. She has a butterfly and an owl tattooed on her right forearm and the world "Believe" surrounded by other designs on her left forearm.
Anyone with information regarding Samantha's location is asked to immediately call the Akron Police Department at (330) 375-2490. Callers can remain anonymous.
