CLEVELAND -- The King is back.

One day prior to the Cleveland Cavaliers' matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers, LeBron James returned to the city he spent the past four seasons of his career -- the same place he happens to call home. The Lakers' official Twitter account captured the moment on video, sharing it in a post on Tuesday afternoon.

Wednesday night's matchup between the Cavs and Lakers will mark the first and only time Cleveland hosts James this season. Although this isn't necessarily anything new for the Cavs -- James returned following his first stint in Cleveland as a member of the Miami Heat in 2010 -- Quicken Loans Arena figures to feature a more subdued atmosphere than the one it laid claim to eight years ago.

Rather than a chorus of boos, it's expected that James will be greeted with a tribute video thanking him for the 11 seasons he spent in Cleveland -- including the Cavs' 2016 run to the NBA championship. James, for his part, has thus far said little about his return, but former teammate and Cleveland forward Cedi Osman admitted he's excited to see the environment at 'The Q' on Wednesday.

"It should be fun," Osman said following the Cavs' loss to the Detroit Pistons on Monday. "I think that everybody will enjoy the crowd and we'll try to get a win against a very important team."

The Lakers and the Cavs will tip-off at Quicken Loans Arena at 8 p.m. ET. The game will be nationally televised on ESPN.
