Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect for Stark, Trumbull, Mahoning, Holmes, Tuscarawas counties through 10 p.m.

Strong damaging winds is our primary threat along with flash flooding.

CLEVELAND — Brace yourself for more severe weather coming to our area today. 

The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for the following counties until 10 p.m. Monday evening:

  • Stark
  • Trumbull
  • Mahoning
  • Holmes
  • Tuscarawas

A Severe Thunderstorm Warning is also in effect for Carroll, Coshocton, and Tuscarawas counties until 5:45 p.m.

According to Meteorologist Michael Estime, strong damaging winds is our primary threat along with flash flooding.

In addition, the Flood Warning for Killbuck Creek has been extended until Wednesday evening.
