CLEVELAND — Two members of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels will visit Cleveland Thursday after having to reschedule a visit Monday due to mechanical issues.

The pilots will preview and plan for the 2020 Cleveland National Air Show, which takes place every Labor Day weekend.

Blue Angel #7 LT Julius Bratton, of Woodlawn, Tennessee, and Blue Angel #8 LCDR Adam Kerrick, of Huntington Valley, Pennsylvania, will perform a flyover Thursday in their F/A-18 Hornet. The pair will land at Burke Lakefront Airport to visit with officials to discuss plans for the Air Show.

Cleveland is one of 29 U.S. cities to host the Blue Angels in 2020. The city last hosted the Blue Angels in 2018, as the Air Force Thunderbirds visited this year.
