CLEVELAND — On Lunch Break with Jay Crawford on Tuesday, Jay and 3News’ Maureen Kyle address the historic announcement that the House Judiciary Committee will draw up articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump.

Committee Chair Jerry Nadler announced the two charges will be abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, related to the president’s July 25 phone call where he’s accused of delaying aid to Ukraine in an effort to pressure Ukraine’s government to investigate former Vice President Joe Biden.

Rep. Adam Schiff tweeted following the announcement: "President Trump abused the power of his office, undermined our national security and jeopardized the next election. He has shown no remorse and is at it still, trying even now to get foreign help in his re-election. No one is above the law. Donald J. Trump must be impeached."

Just over an hour before the announcement, Trump tweeted: “To Impeach a President who has proven through results, including producing perhaps the strongest economy in our country’s history, to have one of the most successful presidencies ever, and most importantly, who has done NOTHING wrong, is sheer Political Madness! #2020Election.”

Then, Digital Anchor Stephanie Haney shares “What’s Clicking in Cleveland,” include Vanna White hosting the Wheel of Fortune for the first time, “they” being selected as Merriam-Webster’s word of the year as a singular pronoun for people who don’t identify with “he” and “she,”  and Cedar Point’s big announcement coming tomorrow, 150 days ahead of its 150th season opening.

And Jennifer Lucas from Kohl’s stops by the studio to share the hottest toys this holiday season, across the three big categories of toys, tech and housewares and clothing.
