SNOW CHECK | Which communities had the highest snowfall totals in Northeast Ohio this weekend?

Some areas in the snowbelt saw more than 10 inches of snow over the weekend.

CLEVELAND — Wintry weather returned to Northeast Ohio this past weekend as Mother Nature unleashed a blast of snow. 

As we start to dig our way out of the mess, the National Weather Service has compiled a list of snowfall totals on a 12-hour scale, 24-hour scale, and what is currently on the ground. 

Here are some of the highest snowfall totals on the ground in Northeast Ohio:

  • South Russell - 13 inches
  • Chardon - 12 inches
  • Ashtabula - 10 inches
  • Chagrin Falls - 10 inches
  • Concord - 9 inches
  • Madison - 9 inches
  • Burton - 9 inches
  • Shaker Heights - 8 inches
  • Seven Hills - 8 inches
  • Willoughby - 7 inches
  • Hinckley - 7 inches
  • North Royalton - 6 inches
  • Fairlawn - 6 inches
  • Parma - 6 inches
