NHL announcer agrees to commentate cat fights on Twitter amid coronavirus hockey shutdown

If you’re fighting a little bit of boredom during the ‘stay at home’ orders being issued across the country, you are not alone.

As many work from home or have their jobs halted due to the Coronavirus pandemic; some are finding creative outlets to exercise their skills while in quarantine.

Conor McGahey, announcer for the Colorado Avalanche, was asked on Twitter recently if he would give play-by-plays of cat fights, and McGahey of course jumped at the opportunity, “I’m in!” he said in a tweet. 

McGahey has only narrated two videos on his personal Twitter account so far, but he is still taking requests.
