KENT, Ohio — The Kent Police Department is seeking the public help locating a man wanted in two separate menacing incidents.
Luke McIntosh, 21, is accused of approaching two women near University Drive and threatening to shoot them. According to reports, no weapon was ever seen.
In a second incident, McIntosh entered a business and threated an employee.
McIntosh is described as a 5'11' tall black man with easily identifiable tattoos. The tattoos include an AK-47 rifle on McIntosh’s left cheek and “BANDO” on his throat in red ink.
Anyone with information on McIntosh or his whereabouts is asked to contact Kent Police at (330) 673-7732, so he can be quickly taken into custody.
