AKRON, Ohio — Marrco LaNave is the Lead Broadcaster for the Akron RubberDucks minor league baseball team, having been doing doing play-by-play for the Guardians' Double-A affiliate since 2018. He recently stopped stopped by the I Promise School for an interview with student reporter Preston Thompson.
LaNave spoke about his favorite RubberDucks highlights, the upcoming 2023 home opener against the Erie SeaWolves in April, and advice he would give to kids who want to become sports broadcasters.
