ASHLAND COUNTY, Ohio — One lane has reopened on I-71 North after it was completely closed for several hours due to a crash early Tuesday morning between US 30 and US 250.
ODOT said one lane was open as of 7:46 a.m. -- which is more than three hours after the roadway was first closed.
A second lane reopened as of 11:12 a.m., but ODOT warned "traffic is moving slowly and crews continue to work in the slow lane."
"Please move over and slow down for all roadside workers," ODOT asked.
No additional details were immediately available.
