Cleveland Browns RG Wyatt Teller named to 2023 Pro Bowl

Cleveland Browns right guard Wyatt Teller has been named to the 2023 Pro Bowl Games.

CLEVELAND — While the Cleveland Browns' 2022 season may have been a disappointment, the team will be well-represented at this week's Pro Bowl Games. On Monday, the NFL announced that Browns right guard Wyatt Teller has been added to the roster for this year's exhibition.

Now a two-time Pro Bowl selection, Teller will be joining three Cleveland teammates in Las Vegas with running back Nick Chubb, defensive end Myles Garrett and left guard Joel Bitonio having previously been elected to the Pro Bowl Games. Teller will be replacing Kansas City guard Joe Thuney, who is unable to participate in the event with the Chiefs set to face the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl LVII.

Originally acquired in a trade with the Buffalo Bills prior to the 2019 season, this marks the second consecutive season that Teller has been selected to the Pro Bowl. Appearing in 15 games, the Virginia Tech product ranked as Pro Football Focus' No. 18 guard, while helping pave the way for the Browns to lay claim to the No. 5 rushing attack with an average of 146.5 yards per game.

While the Pro Bowl had previously featured a tackle football exhibition between All-Star teams representing the AFC and NFC, this year's event will follow a different format. Rather, players selected to the event will participate in a week-long celebration in which players will have the opportunity to showcase their football and non-football skills in unique competitions, culminating with 7-vs.-7 AFC. vs. NFC flag football games at Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, Feb. 5.
